You go to the arcades, pick your favorite character.. win almost perfect all your rounds. Fight the additional secret boss, Gouki/Gouken. Then you realize you're not even in the top 50!
You wait a while to check the arcade high scores.. and there it pop up, ken, ken, ken, ken, gouki, gouki, gouki, gouki, gouki...
You start thinking.. why those?
I will tell you why.. ULTRAS!
Ken's Ultra deals 17 hit combo while Gouki's deal 27 hit combo..
And apparently the machine give them a combo bonus based on that number.
Now, I am not sure, but I think the programmers should've done a better job coding this. People did not do all of these combo in the Ultra, they just started it.
In other words. A person won a perfect round and got a 10,000 bonus points for doing so, and another person could not win perfect and took damage to build the ultra, then used his ultra for 27 hits combo and got (33400) points..
Really? Is this fair?
I hope they fix this in the next SSF4, I think it would be better if they calculate the bonus for each normal and special as being 1 hit each.. though it would be ok if they display the total number of hits.
